We deliver a diverse range of learning and talent development programs to millions of individual and corporate learners in areas including Soft Skills, Business Process Excellence, Hardware & Networking Engineering, Retail Sales Enablement, Management Education, Garment, Beauty & Wellness, Multi-Sectoral Vocational Skills, Digital Media Marketing, and new-age IT.

These programs are delivered through a hybrid combination of the ‘Cloud Campus’ online platform, satellite-based ‘Synchronous Learning Technology’, and a physical network of hundreds of learning centres in India.

We, SSi with the help of Skill Development Training Projects are doing our bit to fill the skill gap with a trained and certified labour force. However, there are various aspects to this project that need proper consideration in order to maintain its successful implementation. This initiative sounded better than the earlier one as we had clarity on what we had to train the students and why we should train them for a particular sector. Thanks to the Government of India and the State Government to have open the eyes of Education Players like us with their Skill Training Projects that IT/ITES is just not the future of the State or India.

Over the past years, we had been witnessing that ‘Skill Training’, in general, has been talked about on numerous occasions by us, specifically on how this project can achieve and reach the target audience. Most people now have a general idea on the extent of this initiative and how it has helped thousands of individuals to become job-ready professionals with proper training. Now, we are going to explore how comprehensive this project can play an integral part in reforming the future of the students.

Although it may seem like a difficult task to achieve, the aforementioned facts can surely restore the faith of people within the system as well as for this project. Therefore, we can say that these factors can certainly help ‘Skill Training’ in revolutionizing the future of many individuals – creating a workforce that can overcome any challenges, and contribute significantly to the economy.
